Duane is the owner of BIG 4 Insurance Agency, providing insurance solutions and consulting services over his 30+ year career in the insurance industry.  Duane has served many roles in the industry, starting as a claims manager at Liberty Mutual, leading the start-up of a regional local claims administration company, working in managed care, and owner/agent in successful insurance agencies.  

Duane’s expertise extends to many industries, including insurance programs for the habitational insurance space, manufacturers, construction and environmental contractors, Tech and Bio groups, and many hospitality and service industries.  Other notable clients in Louisville include Spalding University, Georgetown College, Louisville Arena Authority, Greater Louisville, Inc. (City Chamber of Commerce), Transit Authority of River City, Louisville Metro Government, and many more. Even with this success, Duane also believes in providing personal insurance solutions (Home, Auto, and Life Insurance) to the many client bases he serves.
