Before coming to BIG 4 as partner and President of Group Health Benefits, Tim served as an independent employee benefit consultant  for the past 34 years,  developing Risk Management and Human Resource strategies focusing on healthcare cost containment, HRIS technology system integration, reinsurance – captive management and population health management. During his tenure in the industry, he has been a partner with Northeast Financial Strategies, a senior consultant with Epic Insurance Solutions, a former principal at Casco Bay Group and held senior marketing and sales positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kentucky.

Tim is now focused on creating innovative, practical and affordable financial strategies for both Employers, Employees, and all other stakeholders in the healthcare continuum.
