The Bridge Program costs you nothing. There are no service fees or contractual payments to be made. Insurance companies compensate agents with commissions when they enroll individuals on plans. As an independent agency we are not beholden to any one carrier and can explore options that make the most sense for each individual. Should your employee’s best option be staying on employer coverage, we will advise you and your employee at no cost.

We developed this solution to support employers of all shapes and sizes. Many H.R. departments have limited resources, and that can make providing the extensive guidance and education needed to properly assist Medicare-eligible employees and retirees difficult. Conversely, larger employers have a multitude of tasks and may not have the time or in-house expertise to properly navigate employee options. Our approach is aimed at alleviating these burdens for the employer, while providing a great value-added benefit for free.
